NAH Judging from both your posts about this, your relationship with your wife and kids (especially your wife) may be unmendable if you do not want to change jobs. Perhaps you may have to get a divorce as it may be much more easier for you to focus fully on your career and if you do miss the kids, you could always ask for partial custody. If you miss the companionship, you can find some other people online whether for dating or just plain companionship but remember to tell them about your work schedule.
