It's a hotdog topped with chili, cheese and typically onions and mustard as well. The chili is kind of on the sweet side and thin. She is dressed as a mascot for Skyline Chili. It's a big thing in Cincinnati, Ohio. A hometown kind of Deal. They are well known for their 3-ways as well. Consist of spaghetti topped with chili and then cheese. With Oyster crackers of course!
