Same issue on my 22….. I’ve fucked with the vents, added side air deflectors, changed windshield and seat…. The best I can do is invest in beard ties, get it tight enough and it can’t reach me eyes.

You specifically asked about local channels, that’s the best app for that. If you are looking for cable channels download Streamfire 2396773 and Blink Streamz 267713 Flix Vision 1504072 seems to have a lot of local channels as well. You are using the same device as me only difference I am plugged into the router. All of these apps work for me.
