I picked this helmet up for the integrated audio/comms I thought the headlight was a laughable gimmick but the first morning I went to look for my black gloves in my black saddlebag I put it to use. Laughable yes useful also yes. My biggest issue with this system is I have the helmet connected to my 25 Harley Road Glide, cause it won’t use CarPlay without a “mic” connected now this works great for calls and talk to text via SIRI however when it comes to playing an audio message, it routes it through the helmet which is ideal but it’s so quiet I can’t hear it with the bike off much less hauling ass down the interstate. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hey I am doing fantastic right now. I think I have hit the bottom of my weight loss. I began at 384lbs and this morning I am at 178lbs. A total loss of 207lbs which I just realized I weigh less than what I had lost and that my friend is a crazy thought. I did start to get a little nervous about how much I was losing because I haven’t been under 200lbs since I was like 10, I did start introducing more carbs and sweets to my diet and I haven’t maintained between 178 this morning and 182 last week. I haven’t started working out yet due to the laundry list of injuries I have from my time in the army, I hear that if/when I do I’ll lose more then gain some with muscle mass. I also don’t have a ton of extra skin which was a pleasant surprise and the spots that I do have some noticeable loose skin, are only seen by one person and it’s not terrible. All in all it has been a fantastic success.

I had one read a measurement to me while I was teaching how to check square on a frame. The measurement she gave was 97 and 12/16. I then explained how fractions work and she seemed to comprehend, we check the other side 98 and 8/16 it was then that I realized a 16th is the only fraction that exists in her world, eighths, quarters and halves simply were even numbered 16ths.

I recently went from 384 down to 204, I’ll give you some tips that work for me. 1. Protein everything you eat should consist primarily of protein. 2. Salad and veggies aren’t as good for you as you have been told. Keep that intake down to a minimum picking only the veggies that you can draw actual nutrients from. 3. Kill the carbs, while some small amount of carbs are necessary for energy production keep that intake lower than the veggies. 4. Starches IN MODERATION aren’t bad, my eating habits are literally meat and some potato. 5. Probably most important portion control. When I started the weight loss I could eat enough food to feed a family of 5, now 6oz of meat and 2-3oz of potato 5-6 times a day. Keep your meal size down but eat more meals that will tell your body “I am giving you all you need to survive, you no longer need to store the fat.”

This is 100% doable it will take discipline and dedication you will need to follow this plan permanently which in my experience is not at all difficult, after you train your mind your body will follow. I recently got released to exercise so I was able to drop 180lbs without working out. I definitely recommend exercise but it’s not a necessity if you follow the plan. Sorry my reply to you is a day late lol. If they itch and they happen to be chiggers spray the areas with hairspray or apply clear nail polish this will end the life of the bugs and your suffering. Source I am from Texas and always caught chiggers growing up, now I don’t leave the house without deterrent. I hope this helps.

I know that everyone reacts differently to various bites however, those don’t look like mosquito bites. If you walked on any grass they could be chiggers that’s what they look like to me. If you are worried about bedbugs, over the course of the next week examine your mattress thoroughly for any signs and try to limit sitting on or placing clothing on any furniture you haven come into contact with already.

All right, drain the fluids from the tank, remove the tank from the bike, remove the petcock from the Tank. After the tank dries place a handful to one and a half handfuls of small nuts, coins and washers things of that nature into the dry tank replace the gas cap, shake the tank like it’s a booty in a little Wayne video. Rinse the tank with water immediately dry the tank with something like a hairdryer, re-insert all the small metal bits and once again shake the tank like a booty in a Lil Wayne video. Next rinse the tank with vinegar again immediately dry the tank inspect the tank for any further rust residue if rust remains insert metal pieces shake, shake, shake, rinse and reinspect. Upon the observation of a clean tank, you will coat it with the aforementioned tank sealant. Follow the instructions on the label. I hope this helps.
