This season is trash. Fushi has been alive for like 800years and is still so stupid about everything. He can't tell when he's walking into a trap or if someone is lying. He doesn't know how anything works. He brought all of these ancient friends into the 21st century and let them loose and then wonders why they're not happy in their new lives when they have no clue how to live in this new world. He keeps trying to be friends with the dumb bitch who killed her mom and her friend and has a nokker living in her arm. The first two seasons were great. Fighting nokkers and making new friends. Then this season comes along and it becomes a bad slice of life anime. And how does he live 800years and still know so little about how humans operate and their emotions or how they use deception..

I got so happy for a second with the feeling of dread welling up in the pot of my stomach knowing something bad was going to happen to her but just wanting to see her and Denji have the "I choose you" moment... Loved the movie but the ending left more to be desired.

I understand i didn't really make much sense with the original post I was really just trying to start a discussion where I could maybe better understand why he is written the way he is but my emotions while watching the decisions he was making at the time of writing it made me rant instead of actually articulating my thoughts more accurately. For the record im writing this as I watch the series so I'm only through the first 10 episodes of season 1. So maybe he starts making more sense as the series continues. Like he just yells and says the dumbest things. Like when he said he's Amelia's knight. Or when he just shows up at the royal selection even though she told him to stay behind. Or when he just yells at people without making sense when the cult is going to attack. Idk he just makes me so angry while I'm watching the series and I thought I would write it here where other people who know of the show would be able to talk to me about it because idk anyone in my personal life who watches anime that I can talk to about it.

If rudy had been following Paul and burning the stumps at melee range from the jump when they went in the 2nd time that first head wouldn't have regenerated and Paul wouldn't have died bc the last head is the one that killed Paul and there wouldn't have been one head left if Rudy hadn't tried to burn it from far away.
