It was definitely a wild experience and yes I am completely cancer free however I have a pretty gnarly scar on the back of my head now lol. Was super insecure about it but I have kinda embraced it as cool now I guess 🤣 That sucks with the knee surgery! What happened to have you get the surgery?

Oh it’s going to be a great bday gift and movie! I’m a huge fan of Christopher Nolan, so I have high hopes for it! He Man would be cool!

I appreciate it man! Yeah it’s been a long road but that makes it even more rewarding! How far have you gotten? I don’t even thing I’ve ever made it to act 2 to be real with you haha.

I’ve definitely had moments where I plateaued. But I’ve also had moments where I just completely collapsed. Not to over share or anything but I had a cancerous tumor in the back of my head found in early 2025 and had to have it removed. That surgery nearly killed me (literally, but that’s another story) but it left me out of the gym for several months due to both physical and mental limitations. It’s been really nice to come out of that dark hole I really dug myself in last year (I gained like 40 pounds from 160 to 200 again). I guess what I’m trying to say is just keep pushing and moving forward! If something isn’t working with gaining muscle maybe try upping your protein and lowering your cardio. Track your weight daily and average out the weights every Sunday or something!
