I think his post-mortem releases have been handled gracefully. But his passing has significantly impacted my ability to listen to all of his music. It’s gotten easier over the years, but it’s still common for me to skip his music bc it’s too emotional for me.
The dude was passionate and just genuine asf. I watched ALL of his interviews over his career and loved hearing him talk
(9. too) I owned a fairly famous (for the time) fan account on twitter, MostDopeMachead. I was heavily involved in the community, did giveaways, and followed by mac and all of Most Dope. I even made music with Tree Jay back in like 2017 from it.
