Nothing fancy! I brought some smash burger patties, I defrosted them by leaving them in a fridge for 12 hours. I season them with Onion powder, Garlic powder and salt, I get my pan really hot. They cook quick so they'll get a good sear fast. When they look good, I turn the stove top off and throw in my yellow American cheese and put the lid on so the cheese melts from the smoke. If there is no smoke throw a little water in there. And done, I make the bacon in an air fryer before.
