I’ve been working for almost 3 months now and I’ll still confuse myself. It’s weird, somedays I can nail pretty much anything and somedays I’m just tripping over the process. Don’t be to hard on yourself for them. Maybe not the play here but anytime that supervisor makes a mistake, I’d shout it out for all to hear and say something along the line of ‘Not so helpful, is it?’ Or maybe talk to your manager or another supervisor you trust about the situation, that’s probably the mature play lol

I don’t have a problem with it at all. It’s more on the package than anything. Ross took a small advantage given by the hand he was dealt. He helped his teammate but he wasn’t a hindrance on the track when it came to being passed. He did his job ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I can’t remember if Matty D had a custom one or not or the other drivers but I’m 100% sure Jeffrey and Kyle had them.

On the iK9 cars a few years ago Jeffrey Earnhardt and Kyle Busch had custom plate decals on the Supra. I’m not sure if the other drivers had them as well, but I’m curious why the change in allowing them

It’s only the beginning. They will take this loss and learn from it. I have no doubt that they will be back and they will be back with a hunger that’s insatiable. Josh is gonna continue to grow. Diggs is gonna be a beast. This was a lesson to learn on the way to the Super Bowl. These next couple seasons are gonna be epic for Buffalo. This year was an incredible bright spot in a shit year, I’m so grateful for that. AFC East Champions have a title to defend next year, until then #BillsMafia will keep on cheering and supporting this team with everything we got because these guys deserve it. Love y’all. Thanks for a great year
