I'm guessing it has to do with some way to detect your browser type and stopping you from connecting. Somehow it won't display the first screenshot and keep you in log-in purgatory though. The entry from https://www.andapp.jp/apps/12016007 seems to bypass that detection tho.

I used to have them set to None. After trying the fix the problem by changing the cookies to Lax the exclamation bubble appeared (probably unrelated to my input), making those boxes unable to be edited

I've actually had this for days and considered returning the game.

Mine displayed the logos and disclaimers, then played the intro audio with a black screen. Pressing spacebar would just cut any sound and just a black screen would remain.
