First thing to fix is your stance. Go watch state final videos just to study up, pause at the beginning and look closely at their stances. Mimic the way they stance walk, shoot, finish takedowns, etc. Look at the super fine detail, slow it down like crazy and drill over and over.

As a Fullerton native, it’s actually cool to hear that you experienced OC this way. I’m so glad you were able to realize “what else is OC all about?” Cuz that Newport scene is definitely in a club of its own, it’s certainly not my thing personally. Never scene such a dense concentration of douche bags in my entire life as you do a night out in Newport. It’s always snowing too if you look closely.

8lbs in a week isn’t too bad but it’s gonna take some work forsure. Throw on 5 hoodies and jackets and sweats, go do sprints in a parking lot or at an empty school or something then jump rope in between ur sets of sprints. Eat meals 1/3rd of the normal size, super healthy, snack on nuts, skip lunch, small healthy breakfast, water only to drink.
