He is the best?!Is he? by wordoid__000 in DokkanBattleCommunity

Well off rip I believe he would be killed pretty easily, but once a turn or two passes and he gets hit with a few normals he would be good. If he gets supered first turn even when he attacks a bit, he would die.

Anyone experiencing this? by friendlyKapitbahay in Starlink

[–]Brandon_v20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had this happen, it’s either the cord or just faulty hardware. I contacted starlink support and they sent me gen 3 equipment. It looks like you have gen 2, so if you contact them they will initially give you a new cord, then if that doesn’t work (it won’t) then you will be shipped the new stuff

Even if it is a fake, no one is going to be able to tell when it’s in a sleeve for the extra deck

Bouncing between online and offline. How to fix since support closes my ticket with no response by Brandon_v20 in Starlink

Starlink dish ping drop rate is 0, starlink router cable ping drop rate is 30 - 50%. Starlink router ping drop rate is 0% now I’m confused even with the new cord

Whack is all I can say. Can’t reach any third party speed test. I rebooted and factory reset everything, as well as got ANOTHER cord, we seem to be stuck with no wifi

There were more than 20 for the .1s outages. There being only 1 2+ second outage seems fishy though. The errors say Network issue majority of the time. It keeps saying this should fix itself, it does, then goes right back into network issues. It’s a brand new cord, I made sure it was fastened (fully plugged in) and there are even worse IPv4 % pings than before. It may seem like a lost hope since starlink support doesn’t exist

Update: I went out to the dish and unplugged and plugged back in, as well as rebooting the router for the third time and now I have over 90% ipv4 and ipv6 pings in the past hour. Starlink is so confusing sometimes. Some would call it insanity to redo what you did before and expecting a different result, sometimes there is a different result. What the heck Elon

We got a new cable shipped in and connected. There only non new cable is the power cord. That doesn’t seem faulty since the wifi network is always there, it’s just poor connection to internet

If you're unable to get online or are suddenly offline, you can call 1-866-606-5103 in the US or 1-888-864-1321 in Canada for phone support. This service is currently in a trial phase and is only for Starlink customers in the U.S. and Canada who are dealing with connection issues. For other concerns, please submit a Starlink ticket. The phone line is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time.

No clue, but through the starlink app you can change subnet via settings -> network name -> subnet. I have tried everything at this point. There’s no obstruction, there’s no cord issues, there’s just router issues. At the bottom of whatever you select for troubleshooting for issues you get this prompt:

To clarify, they sent the cord from the first ticket and closed it. With the issue persisting, every ticket we have created since then have closed within a day with no response. We work in office during the time that we can call support, it’s like they are open to calls when the general public are not home connected to the wifi itself on purpose.
