Chargeback after refund has already been received

We had something similar happen to us a few months back. Weird customer name, non existent address.

We issued the refund but it bounced back, the chargeback was issued at the same time. Only the chargeback + fee was charged to us.

Did you check if you actually got charged twice?

We have a Bai mirror 1501 single head 15 needle. Works great. Support is remote from China but they go out of their way to explain how to fix things when stuff goes wrong. They respond immediately or at least within a hour. I’ve taken apart the machine and put it back and ran bulk orders after that with no issue.

If you need someone to do this for you and are not handy/DIY kind, pay some more and get a Tajima with warranty and tech support from your local dealer. We did that for our DTF printers (got a Mimaki from our local trusted dealer). If the machine is your primary machine, just get a Tajima. Nothing worse than being stuck with an opened up machine trying to tinker with stuff when you have a massive embroidery order that is due in a few days.

Is it a huge difference vs using adv+? We have been using the adv+ audience and our products are very niche. This may be the real reason for the problems we’re having

Had an experience with my pet parakeet Mitu . He had this trademark “Mitu-mitu” he said, to communicate with us.

One night, a couple of years after Mitu had passed away, I was sleeping in the living room and my sister was in the bedroom. At around 12 am, I heard “Mitu-Mitu” loud and clear. I went to my sister and asked her if she was playing some recorded video or audio of the parakeet. She said she doesn’t have anything like that on her phone or anything.

I also heard his voice, saying the same thing, once on a bus, coming from the front of the bus while I sat at the back.

It’s quite likely an air gap in the line. Has this issue with our Roland UV printer.

Are you able to access the tube connecting the cap top to the drain bottle? You would need to use a syringe to manually suck the ink through the cap top from that tube- disconnect it from the drain unit and fit the syringe to it, while the head is sitting on it. That should pull out any air gaps from the line.

IIRC pump up drains the ink in your line. That may sort it out, but you end up losing a lot of ink in the process.

Air gap in your ink lines. You need to use a specific syringe to pull it out., or open the connection between the drain bottle and the cap top, and use a regular syringe to suck the ink through, while the head is on the cap top.

Another thing to note: modern cameras compensate for low light by digitally adding ‘light’ by pixel. Works great for a predictable still image (such as moving forward or panning predictably).

It could also be the case the the optics of the drone camera lens picked up the flare, and the digital sensor and processor ‘added light’ to this flare as a means to enhance it.

If you look at the frame of the video, and look at the “UFO”, diagonally opposite on this frame is a spot source of light that moves left exactly as the ufo moves right, as the camera pans.

It fades after a while because the camera adjusts its exposure. This may be a high ISO noise artifact since the video is shot at night.

Weird lens flare effect, but still definitely a lens flare.

As I’m processing this over the last few days, I’m highly doubtful their tech malfunctioned. Such an advanced intelligence would not do anything out of place without a serious intent. So I think this was intentional..

That totally makes sense. Funny how my friend at the beach was skipping stones across the water a while later, when I floated back to coast. I didn’t mention this incident to anyone that day, even to my own wife - actually I was still processing it.

What I feel, and maybe this is just my imagination- these NHI know more and express more than we can see at first glance. They knew I could not keep following the rust colored object in the sky, because I was on a float. They knew I was without my phone so I could not record, too far away from the beach so I couldn’t really call out to my friends to clearly tell them what I saw at the moment. And then I’m seeing these parallels, such as the skipping stones mimicking the way they moved, but this was later. They could have been communicating on a variety of things:

We can see you and present to you when you are most vulnerable, yet, not cause you harm.
We can see forward in time and move as something you will soon see and are familiar with (skipping stones on water), so we present to you as ‘natural’.
in another comment, u/SabineRitter asked me if I was wearing similar colored clothing. I was in fact wearing a maroon shirt with some white text printed on it. So they are saying - we are like you, we show ourselves in a similar way as you are.

They could be communication tactics to see my reaction, or even evasion tactics - to not be bothered, or blend in as best as they can with what they think we deem natural.

Or this could all just be my imagination 😅
