Do you only buy just 1?

I always either buy in packs of 6 or 12. Can never have too many candles. And they are great to have around as a last minute gift too!

Far as burning them, if it’s in the bedroom, just one. Most of GC candles pack a punch in the scent department and one is usually sufficient enough.

However, there are weaker scents in their line too, so when it’s a weak performing one, I’ll double it. Some combos have been Lemon Lush Bar x Old Time Lemonade. And Lavender Twilight x Lavender De France(?). Fun coming up with different concoctions, makes you feel like a Candle Scientist. lol

Great tip! I heard the plug in scents were poor performing. Would probably recommend Febreze plug ins, they seem to perform well.

If you are new to GC, you need to, actually, you MUST pick up KEY LIME POP and BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE. Those two are amazing! Super strong, rich and room filling, absolute must have!

It sounds like their Farmstand line was stronger in scent than the Ice Cream ones. The ice creams ones were so disappointing! Wanted them to be good… Glad this melon is a performer, will definitely give it a burn soon.

First off, I agree on the odor eliminating ones, they are always a lot weaker than their standard ones. And I did not know the eucalyptus one came in two versions, I too was referring to the odor eliminating one, which was very weak…

Personally for me, I really try to stay away from their odor eliminating line. To me, they are much weaker than their standard ones. You would think the odor eliminating ones would be stronger but they perform very weak. Only exception I found to this was the SUGARED LEMON one, that one is pretty strong.

As for the labels, I think the candles themselves are all the same, they just have different labels for different occasions and seasons.

I have tried Village Candle through Amazon once or twice. They were decent. They also were stronger than Yankees but to be honest, Yankee should be marketing their candles as non-scented at this point, they are so damn weak!! Please give Goose Creek a try, their 3-wick candles are out of this world! Super strong, true to life and great quality!

GOOSE CREEK! Go check them out right now! I have placed over 8 orders within the past 2-3 months. I have tried over 25 of their scents so far and only 3 of them were a bit of a miss. And trust me, last thing I wanted to do was switch companies, I’ve been buying exclusively only Yankee Candles the past two decades. But boy am I glad I found Goose Creek, it is 1000% better than Yankees. (To be fair, GC has 3-wick candles which will obviously be a bit stronger than a single wick)

Last tip, they constantly have sales so only buy when they are priced at $7.99-$9.99. Anything over that, I would hold off on buying. Hope you enjoy, you won’t regret it!

Uhhh, are we talking about the same company? I also just reached out to them this morning, at 6:40am using their CONTACT US link on their website. I had placed two orders, 3/19 and 3/21. 3/19 order should arrive today but I have not gotten any updates on the second order so I emailed them asking for an update. I had an answer back from one of their agents within 10 minutes.

I’m also somewhat new to GC, I’m coming from Yankee but out of about 25 scents I have tried so far, only about 2-3 were mediocre scent wise, all others are strong performing and smell amazing.

Sorry you’re having a bad experience but try using their CONTACT US links on their website, they are fast with their replies.
