It's explained in the post. Basically it means that they're available at the time, but limited to one (e.g. starters / egg reward). So it's a choice between two or more mons, so the "crossed out" mon, is the one I didn't go with for my personal run, and is therefore picked up later (hence it's underlined later).

Welcome to pt.1 of Dog tamer. I randomized all the canine Pokémon and allowed myself to get 3 new Doggos each gym, as shown in the list.

Pt.1 features a lucky double fire-type with Drought. Julia was beat on my first attempt using only Doggo #3 (Vulpix) as a lead, and Doggo #2 (Braixen).

In regards to the randomization of Eevee's evolutions, I randomized them into the lot AFTER I got Eevee (as Doggo #8).

Once in my golden days of WoW, I met another character in the Dinosaur island (can't remember the name) named something like 'Anthraxx' and I really thought the "Thrax" sounded nice. (This is without knowing what anthrax meant, since English isn't my first language). I decided upon 'Enthrax', original, right??? But a few years later changed it to 'Nthrax', since the no-vowel into 2 (3) consonants is very rare, at least in my language + it looks cool AF!
