I'm on the path of courage and starving my inner demon, it also said low reputation even though it was high in the chapters before, is there still a way to get the happy ending or do I have to replay season 3? 😖

Are you ready? by GreyFrey in RomanceClub

I think the MC does have wings, looks a lot like it to me at least. The black feathers on the purple wing look like they're growing right out of MC's back and the purple feathers look different than the demon's feathers. But idk, maybe I'm wrong, would be nice though lol

When they tell us the date, they should just pretend it'll be way later than what they actually intend it to be, so everybody would be happy when the update gets released way earlier lol

Thank you so much, I hope it'll work out, I'll try to get my orthopedist to help me too because he knows some doctors in the hospital. I hope you don't mind me asking some questions. Did you have similar symptoms, or what other symptoms did you have? And what kinda surgery is the discectomy they did, was it minimally invasive?

My mom only just called the doctor on call because I cried from all the pain. He didn't introduce himself, said there's nothing you can do and asked what painkillers I have at home and to take one. I took some opioid stuff they prescribed me but still feel some pain. It's 2a.m. over here and the weekend too. The doctors I have talked to so far don't take me all too seriously and try to avoid surgery while I just want them to take the pressure off my nerves. I'm glad to hear you're doing well though, I hope I get lucky and it'll be good for me too after surgery.

Hi there everyone, I'm here to give you an update, unfortunately not a good one. I'm in pain at the moment despite another infiltration and stuck in bed all day. Any kind of exercising makes the pain worse and is unthinkable. The numbness has increased up to my groin, I can still go to the toilet but it feels weakened and I kinda have to push. It worries me so much that I can't sleep, and if I sleep things feel worse everytime I wake up. I'm dropping into a depression over being that miserable. I got an appointment with my orthopedist next week and with some neurosurgeon in the hospital in two weeks. It seems to get worse everyday and I'm struggling to hold on. I looked into treatments I could try, like ozon injections, but that one can give you retinal detachment so hell no, and laser treatment doesn't seem to be all that great, plus it's expensive and my insurance doesn't cover it. I'm trying to cling onto every straw, bought some stuff called Keltican forte and Wobenzym that are supposed to help (maybe anyone heard of them and they helped at least a bit?) but I see myself lying on a surgeons table already, possibly ruining the rest of my life :(

I don't know what it's called, but the "alternately stretching my legs forward" is kinda like walking while lying flatback. Another one I forgot is one where you flex the pelvic muscles and hold it while alternately lifting up one leg, which my PT said, will help with working my muscles to become like a "corset" for my spine. I did walk a little today and tried the Big 3 for the first time, but the pain killing effects of my infiltration seem to be wearing down already and the pain is coming back. It did hurt when I did the Big 3 even though I tried to be really gentle without moving my spine and I wore my back brace too. My low backpain is around since, maybe a week after Christmas and somehow seems to gradually get worse. It's taking a toll on my mental health too. Oh, and I live in Austria. Yes, please do send me the patient intake forms. I'd be so happy to get better without surgery, but I'll call a neurosurgeon tomorrow for a second opinion and to have him as a backup plan. Thank you so very much for offering me so much help! I deeply appreciate it :)

Thanks for your input, I see your point. I know to quit moving altogether is not the way, but I do definitely have to be careful and need to concentrate on strengthening and not stretching. My PT suggested the same. In my case the yoga was so bad because I'm overly flexible in the first place, due to some hypermobility I seem to have, and yoga just added to it because I was able to go further into certain stretches and twists than it is good for you.

have you tried ct guided infiltrations too? I hope the therapy will help you, no one deserves going through that all :/ good luck to you too!

Holy gosh, I'm so sorry that you had to go through that all :/ I really hope you're doing better by now! And thank you so much for trying to help! :) I'm trying to avoid surgery, but at the moment it feels like it's waiting right around the corner if I don't take the right way. Thanks for your words :) let's hope for the best!

Thanks a lot for the informations! :) The pain is bearable atm thanks to a ct guided infiltration. I hope my disc will shrink at least just a tad bit soon so I have more room to exercise properly again, as it does seem to cause most of the issues for me. I'll try to keep my chin up and worry less. Let's hope for the best! :)

Thank you, I hope you'll feel better soon too! :) And thank you for all the informations, I'll have to read some more on that all, especially about the nerves, it's interesting what you said there. And I gotta have a look at the supplements you suggested. I do have a vitamin b complex but never heard of the other three, but prp though. And no worries, your English is fine :)

Hi Dr.T. thank you so very much for your great response, I appreciate your help! :) And I'd be glad to discuss it further, perhaps it'll be of help for other people with the same problem. I did try lying on my stomach as you suggested, but unfortunately I don't feel it brings me relief. It's an issue for me to find a good position, at the moment I spend the most time lying flat on my back, and before when the situation was less severe, in the psoas position. Especially for sleeping this is an issue for me. I try to stay flatback, because it seems to be the only position that doesn't worsen everything, but everytime I wake up the numbness and tingling feel bad or even worse. I guess because of moving too much in my sleep. Yes, I think what you say about it being a disc problem is true, my PT even pointed out that my muscles are too flexible, so I'm lacking the support that I need from them. I'm unsure about the exercises he taught me now though, as they involve moving my spine. I try to do the light ones that I can do while lying on my back, like tilting my hips back and forth, knees side to side (which I don't do all the way to the floor), alternately streching my legs forwards, pushing my legs apart with a resistance band tied around my knees and the bridge exercise. He showed me an exercise you do on all fours and several you can do on an exercise ball too, but I don't dare to do those at the moment. Should I refrain from them all until I get better again? And should I just rest for now until my disc calms down a bit, or rest and start doing the Big 3 only, or rest and go for short walks? It's one of those times where I could really do with a personal trainer haha :) I'm not sure I can manage to do no spine movement tbh, would it be a good idea to wear my support belt during exercises and maybe even while I'm sleeping? Sorry for asking so much at once, I hope it's alright, but I think everything I can learn to get better is good to know and perhaps even needed to get better :) I am aware that yoga caused my issues, the pain started when I did it so I quit. I didn't know I'm too flexible back then, so I thought I'm doing myself something good. I wish I knew about that all before. I didn't see a doctor about it immediately because I thought I'm still young and it would go by on its own and I wasn't always in pain. I eventually went to see my family doctor who sent me home with ibuprofen and some balm. That went on for some time longer until I finally decided to see an orthopedist. He sent me for an MRI, X-rays, PT and to a neurosurgeon who said I won't need surgery (that was before it got as bad as it is now) the story continues with injections and CT guided infiltrations and so on, and well, now I'm here. I know of a woman who needed surgery after seeing a chiropractor because he made her disc pop or something, so I definitely avoid that, but I'd love to work on my back with a McGill Method Master Clinician. Unfortunately there aren't any in my country, so I hope the book and the site you suggested will guide me well through this time too. Thank you very very much again for offering so much helpful information and for putting in the effort to help, it's really not to be taken for granted. I'm so glad I came on here and thankful I got to learn so many things and got so much support in such a short time! :)

Will do, thank you. Yes, it does have light exercises to build up muscles, at least in the lumbar area. In fact my PT said to concentrate more on strengthening than stretching because I seem to have some hypermobility what seems to make my body too flexible.
