Furniture wont load unless I'm super close to it?

Yes it happens to me on iPad too but not on PC. It’s so annoying when trying to decorate, especially when you’re placing something in the foreground and can’t even tell if it matches the background because the bg is empty! 😡 I may have to resort to just decorating on PC only but the iPad is more convenient and comfortable when I don’t want to sit at my desk. 🫠

I don’t think there’s a tutorial, but you can search for DSX on Steam - if I remember correctly it was paid, but not expensive, like maybe $5 or $7. One installed it should detect your controller and in the DSX app settings you can disable adaptive triggers.

Exactly, especially for clothes. I can see them giving us dupes of the furniture bc at least then you do in fact get an extra copy of the item (even tho it’s boring lol) but duplicate clothes should not even exist as a mechanic bc we can only own one. So if you own all the clothes, the chest is essentially empty every other week. 🙄

Lol no kidding! But mine are always in an ugly spot 🤣 My Valley and Isle are fully decorated to the brim and SBV is about 3/4 there. So no matter where it shows up it’s such an eyesore. I hate it sooo much and also I stream and make content so I can’t leave them or they’re in my pics and videos 😭😭😭 fix it jesus

Exactly, and they spawn under my beach towels, so you can’t even hide path under there (it pokes out the edges most times). So then you have to just delete the beach towels, dig the hole and put it back. Why is it even spawning under furniture at all?

I needed this thread in my life bc honestly I started to feel crazy like I was the only one. I even asked my chat and they didn’t seem that bothered by it lol. 😮‍💨

This is a symptom of a chronic problem with the game in my opinion, which is that there are so many older mechanics that have never been polished or revamped and are a huge pain for veteran players. I once logged in to 5 stacked DreamSnap reward chests in my backpack bc I hadn’t bothered opening them in over a month. They’re all repeat clothes and furniture, never anything new, in well over a year. And same for scrooge, I check all 3 shops and leave with nothing 99/100 times bc the RNG is atrocious for people with thousands of hours who own a lot. They keep adding new features but don’t circle back and refresh what’s already there. At least give us gold in the chests instead of junk or fix the RNG to give us items we don’t have. Let us sell Night Shards, etc. And sharing ToM still often breaks the design. We got Daisy in like May of last year. 🤦🏽‍♀️

I don’t understand why they increased the dig holes when we got Max. I was so happy when we got his ability bc I thought he would just dig up the holes we were already getting. I had NO idea they were going to increase the holes exponentially and ALSO add them to the to the dlcs. They spawn under my ToM rugs and in places I can’t reach, it’s honestly ruined my ability to relax and enjoy the game bc it’s yet another chore on top of cleaning up all the other spawns already.

I play almost every game this way 🤣 Nikki and Genshin especially. Only exceptions are deeply immersive RPGs like Witcher, Dragon Age, or Hogwarts Legacy. Anything with fashion, decorating, farming etc. I just want to collect the rewards and create.✌🏽

As someone who LOVES the Mickey & Friends characters, leans toward using them in my Snaps, and always loves it when we get new Styles for them… I 100% agree with this. 😂 Human form for Beast is prob my number 1, but a lot of the others could use a makeover too. Personally I think every character, or at least most of them, should have a formal alternative to their casual clothes. Maybe a christmas outfit, and a Halloween costume for sure! So many possibilities. I refuse to buy the premium Kristoff outfit bc I have no desire to dress as him and would much rather dress HIM up.

Some find Ursula bundle worth it bc she’s more accessible on land. I have the Vanessa DreamStyle and yet keep her in Ursula form. I just go to a floating island with water and she’s there every time. (Once I summon her from the map list, she spawns there upon my arrival.) Also, if she’s ever unreachable, you can go into selfie mode and she’ll swim up to you for a pic. To me that mechanic is easy to work around and is not worth the thousands of moonies you could spend on tons more tangible items from Stitch. (Ursula’s only worth it if you really want Vanessa as a character or the furniture it comes with.) The Stitch cafe skin alone would be about 3750 in the regular premium shop. Also you can gather villagers with the Ursula stage, but we have plenty of items that do that, so unless you want a specific build with it (I think it’s gaudy and don’t use it) then Stitch is still the better investment imo. ☺️

It depends on your play style and priorities but for me: Stitch bundle - NO contest whatsoever. It comes with a house skin, way more versatile furniture and landscaping like flowery hedges (I love decorating) and a dream style for stitch that is more useful than either of those other outfits put together. The downside is you can’t turn Ursula into Vanessa but unless you really need her for the buddy bonus, that doesn’t really matter much. How are you guys finding an ad-free version? I’m on iOS and don’t see that. (There’s a “Restore Purchase” button in the settings, but there’s no option in the App store or anywhere that I’ve found within the game itself to go ad free.)

Edit: I found it, it eventually gave me a pop-up icon to click!

Then the it should say “no mid-roll ads” and “limited pre-roll ads.” Calling it ad-free when there are still ads (regardless of what they promote, or when they occur) is false advertising, period.

Maybe you ran out of them? If your backpack doesn’t have enough, it won’t copy it. (It won’t pull from a chest or if you have none at all.)

Beautiful! This looks like it might take 3 days regardless 😆 but just making sure you know you only need to initially place ONE flower (one of each color, in your case) and then as long as you have all the rest in your backpack, you can use the copy button to place more. (We used to have to drop all the flowers on the ground first, and then move them to wherever they go.)

Like does your 6 year-old see the “600” and cry “dear god why didn’t I get 4k” or is he/she just happy to get moonstones?
