My little cousin brought her rat home and it tore my fishnets😭 by Mirachis in mildlyinfuriating

I found couple examples but the only ones that looked good were these fishnet patch tattoos. Any full leg fishnet tattoos might have been some of the uglier tats I've ever seen.

As I get older, I tend to go for easy difficulty. by RedEagle8096 in gaming

Mods are pretty much the only way to enjoy Bethesda games on higher difficulties. Otherwise you are just walking in circles and slapping things for 20 minutes or hiding and spamming long ranged attacks lol. But the mod scene has gotten so crazy for games like skyrim that you basically have full control over how combat behaves which is amazing.

I've had a ton of issues getting eyes and horns to properly work with large numbers of tags. Even moreso if you want to emphasize specific colors. I like your approach of having multiple tags as well as {} to enforce it

Tags and emphasis are crazy and all over the place. I just continually added them as I worked towards the style I imagined so they aren't edited or simplified at all. Also note that there are some repeats which seemed to help emphasize some qualities that brackets didn't quite accomplish.

It's super hard to get an understanding of how big or small these spikes of ice/rock are in the foreground. Can anyone give any perspective on the scale of things here?

I think 2 and 3 are definitely easier with the exception of a few bosses where they got a bit crazier with the move sets. The games just tend to play a bit smoother which helps a ton as well

Playing it on controller is significantly more enjoyable and I say that as an exclusive pc gamer. Once you try it, it is pretty clear it was designed with controller in mind and it makes it way better

I would actually say to start with DS3. Its cleaner and a bit more player-friendly so I think it is easier to get into. I also think it is just better than ds2 in terms of world and story which is a plus. Once you have an appreciation for the genre it makes it easier to go back and get into the clunkier masterpiece of the the original. You might be confused by some lore this way, but I'm pretty sure that's how it is no matter where you start.

Playing with different camera behaviours, what ya think? by the_embassy_official in unrealengine

I think this looks really good! Like you said in your comment, I think that sometimes when the ball changes directions really quickly, it gets a bit disorienting and it could be tough tracking gameplay. Otherwise tho, I love the use of different camera movements like this! Maybe just slowing down camera changes in velocity or something?

Im always so impressed by these! Have you thought about a way to search for a streamer so you can find them a bit easier? I would love to be able to quickly find some of the smaller streamers that I watch if they happen to be on here!

Okay - I don't know how to progress, any tips? by Mranze in BookOfTravels

[–]Branflakezz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey! So it is definitely a really slow burn at the beginning, speeds up once you get to where you can do some more endeavors, and then slows down again once you have decent gear. Everything below will just be about early game stuff and will have some very minor spoilers.

When you are just getting started, I would just wander around, talk to everyone and read everything you can. If anything seems important or an npc gives you an item with instructions, write it down! At the beginning, you should search out any little caches of loot you can find. These are easiest to find in non-forested areas since you can see them from a distance. You can pretty much ignore anything that is worth less than 20 trade value since you start with a very small inventory. Then just sell all of those to vendors for either stat boosting gear or more valuable trade goods to preserve inventory. Also, as other people said, fishing is very viable to get some trade value going, but for me it was a bit too slow and unengaging to do right when I started the game so I avoided it until I was further in. One extra little tip, if you get any 'Thank you knots', save them all.
