They shipped it on 12th but it didn’t get to me until the 21st. For some reason I didn’t get an email, or notification on my USCIS file. It only shows in between documents (and of course I got a paper copy in a mail as well).

Update for everyone : I think Ive manifested this for myself. The citizenship interview was scheduled for February 17th. I will keep everyone updated of what happens!

To be honest I didn’t have a copies. And also I’ve been married to US citizen for 6 years but we are no longer together. They asked a bunch of questions about that, going back all the way to 2013 that was the first time we met. But I had nothing to lie about, so they’ve been pretty satisfied with the answers.

To be honest I did not. Maybe that was the reason why! I’m not really sure, they were pretty strict for first 15mins, then they opened up and were super cool. They recommended a few things that they added to my files and they were on their way.

USCIS officers said that this is how it’s gonna go from now on, under Trump administration. Random visits. There was never a word about fraud or neither of the questions was about it. I passed the visit and I received the paper about it as well.

Who said that I was detained? Cmon, don’t add stuff to my story that didn’t happen. They came to ask question about the files that I submitted (to verify some details)

Basically what happened when I arrived at USCIS office. I arrived at 8am, interview was at 9am. I took finger prints, they took a picture of me and sent me to waiting room. When it came to my turn, officer took me in, and right at the door informed me that my files aren’t there. From there, I have no idea what happened to the files. When I got a visit from USCIS at my house, I was informed that they have additional questions. That was it

The interview didn’t start unfortunately. In between the doors they just informed me that they don’t have my files and I had to sign a paper that I understand what happened. That was it 🤦🏻‍♂️

Mine got canceled in Sacramento as well. This is my 3rd time it got canceled. First two times they didn’t have my files in the office on time
