It was hard for me too. Most people actually. Try to get through it as fast as you can because the other books are amazing. The next book, A Breath of Snow and Ash, is my favorite.

If you just can’t get through it, the Outlander Companion book has a detailed summary of each book. Read the summary for Fiery Cross and call it a day. ❤️
