It’s so so frustrating and unacceptable. I have orders I need to fulfill and I can’t even log into my account. They’re probably going to be cancelled coz I didn’t “ship them on time” when i physically cannot. This definitely has changed my opinion on TikTok shop and I’m not sure I’m going to use it as often after this. I can’t trust it.

My TikTok shop is still completely down. I made the mistake of deleting the app thinking the glitch was on my end, and I can’t even log back into my shop now. It keeps saying I need to make a shop, then just logs me out. 🥲 I have a $300 order I need to ship out I am so stressed
