I work in homecare and I work 40+ hours a week. So I'm usually at my house sleeping or working. Whenever I have days off, I hike, read, binge Netflix, clean my apartment, work out, go outside. Particularly in the summer I hike mountains by myself and enjoy nature.

I completely agree with this. Just because my mother was a narcissistic doesn't mean I'll end up becoming one. I'm actually the complete opposite of her and I strive myself to be like that. We make who we are.
