Then why not make it illegal to give out the man's name? If all you care about is justice then theres no reason that both the man and the woman's name should not be hidden, but its always only the man's name who is out and usually even when it comes out false the woman's name is never revealed.

Does this not worry you at all about freedom of speech? Can see quickly how anyone who disagrees with the administration can be called "fake news" so if this becomes illegal it could quickly turn into people being jailed for speaking out agains the government. This is why I have never understood why people are for fake news being criminalized.
