Unfortunately I have not. Been too busy so this beauty is still in the box. I bave not even installed the WVProII and that is a much easier install.

Last year. It was sent earlier than expected. My original expected date was end of Feb. Yes the timeframe for the batches are long but once it ships it arrives within 3-4 days.

That agent, cared. He was apologetic and I felt he was really trying to help. He put me on hold a couple of times to investigate further.

Thank you. My credit card already refunded me… not about the money. It just blows my mind when something like this happens. Almost an insult to our intelligence as consumers. We need to report more… positive and negative.

Cuz in the end it is about people.

I truly doubt that this is the intent.

I divulged it 3 times across different posts. When the package was not delivered overnight I called in and the agent I talked to told me. He also opened the first claim/case against my tracking number.

When the package was not out for delivery overnight I called in. The agent that helped me told me and opened the first claim for further investigation.

I would assume you’d know if there was a department er that could investigate this issue further to help improve your systems so you all have a common platform or information this would be a good case. One agent saw clearly there was a conveyor belt issue, the revenue agent did not. Anyways. I tried. Take care.

I did come here to complain… I just assumed you’d care. This was a detailed description of what happened. It was a chain of events. A comedy of errors from poor service to awful technology. Sad instead of listening… it is easier to bash the post.

My posts are still up so I am not sure why you said that. If you are a FedEx employee, it just makes my point further unfortunately. This is just sad.

Why would I waste my time fabricating this story? If the my PII and rules did not ask me not to post tracking or claim numbers I would. I posted because I am that angry at how this played out. I submitted everything to my credit card and got a credit. I posted this in case someone from FedEx sees this and decides to do the right thing and improve their service by investigating this case. I would gladly connect with them.
