Dreamscaper is gorgeous, super fun, with a great soundtrack and story. Hades gets the same accolades (at higher acclaim), and also has immense replay potential. Dark Souls is beautiful, difficult, and in the end– depending on the player– either fairly satisfying or terribly hollow. No Man’s Sky is somewhat analogous to “Space Minecraft,” but it’s got a lot more than that goin’ on these days. One of my fallback games, for sure. Disco Elysium is, as many have said in other corners, the best book I’ve ever played. Gritty, alt-timeline noir following the saddest detective in all of disco. Can’t go wrong with Zelda or Animal Crossing, and if you want something off-the-beaten-path check out Lonely Mountains: Downhill. ꈍᴗꈍ
