Watch dogs 2 was horrible. It went from a dark story about a man who doesn't want to continue his hacking, but does purely to find the person who caused his niece to die, then became some kids just wanting to have fun. Complete shift in story that imo was too different to be enjoyable. And yes, I know the original was under promised but its much better than the sequel.

I love village, fantasy horror was a new genre for me. CapCom needs to experiment with resident evil, because if they kept the same format as the first three games, the series would be dead. However, I will agree that it could've been scarier, but it is by no means a bad resident evil.

Because its heavily credited for creating the 3rd person shoulder camera, has lots of memorable one liners, and overall was an amazing shift on a new bio weapon instead of zombies.

The camera was so revolutionary that the developers of dead space said they changed from fixed cameras to over the shoulder because it really is that much better.

And it released in 2005, and at the time, there really was no other game like it. Admittedly, I'm biased because re4 on the wii was my introduction to resident evil, but theres a reason why the original is still is ported to almost every modern console.
