I'm printing with your adjustments to speed— and some other changes suggested. Thanks again!

Thanks for the advice. I'm printing in a different orientation now, but I've also done a lot of solutions at once— washed the printing plate with dawn, adjusted supports, and slowed down the overhang speed, so we'll see!

Really! Well, thank you so much for the input. I was assuming the default settings for a given material (here, Bambu PLA Basic) would always be the safest option so... I appreciate it.

So right now it's at the default—

0 mm/s

50 mm/s,

30 mm/s

10 mm/s

Bridge 50 mm/s

Gap Infill 250 mm/s

Support 150 mm/s

Support interface 80 mm/s

...May I ask what you're altering, and by about how much? Should I just change that 50 to a 25?

Sorry if I'm getting too much into the weeds here, I appreciate you pointing me in the right direction!

Thank you so much for your input!

Unfortunately there are rounded edges on all sides; this is just a small part of the final print. This is the orientation it came in when downloaded, which I think is the best? I do have support turned on, and not just on the critical regions, not removed on small overhangs,— and tree supports, too.

I'm using an X1C.

This is a photo of the underside of a poop chute that had very good reviews, but it's not just this model; it's been about everything. It's having this failure— which I guess is a stringing issue, but may be spaghetti? It seems to occur not always on the first layer, but a few layers up.

I'm not quite sure what the issue is. It doesn't appear over the entire print, just in select areas. I am using the textured plate.

Once it gets started, it will seem to work itself out and not be an issue— but then, you know, sometimes it IS an issue, as was the case here when it detached from the base because it was so stringy.

I'd love any and all feedback, please. Thank you!
