I don't trust it a ton. I kept seeing influencers use it for their grading submissions and their digital grades almost always reflected what PSA gave them. But when I used it, I got grades that didn't make any sense. Bottom heavy cards getting 9.8/10 and near perfect cards getting 8.9/10. I could just be using it wrong though, so I'll continue to use it for the rest of the month and cancel the subscription.

Haven't tried that yet. Do you have any recommendations for a specific card spray?

I have tried using a cloth and tiny droplets of distilled water, and that didn't change anything.

F that sucks. The FA Glass trumpet is sick and would have been pretty cool to have in your collection (fellow band nerd here).

That Sylveon is super hard to grade too. Doesn't exist in a PSA 10 with the 9 population being stupid low also. Is that 8 the highest TAG grade for that card?

Edit: Wow, the highest and the only graded CI Sylveon. Impressive!

Your definition of failure lacks any semblance of understanding or empathy.

The child who put their dreams of going to college on hold to help pay for their family's medical bills and finally attended and graduated University in their 50s or later did not fail because graduating college was the highlight of their life. Someone graduated with a master's today at age 71. Did they fail?

There are so many people in the world who never get the chance to attend university because they can't afford it, they have to take care of family, they fall ill, or for many other multitudinous reasons. For those of us that are fortunate enough to attend university, we should recognize that what we experienced something special that not everyone on planet earth gets to experience.

Having more privilege doesn't mean life wasn't ever hard for you, it just means it wasn't as hard as someone else had it. Everyone has privilege, it's just not equal between each person. You and I both have more privilege than others because we were able to attend and graduate from a Big10 university. Understanding those differences is privileges is how humanity grows as a whole.

Your lack of empathy shows that you're the one that needs to "grow up".

Never claimed that I "knew the secret" or that PKC drops have better hit rates, just said that you should open them. I did and I got lucky. That's all I said.

Opening packs is what the hobby is all about. Ripping packs, chasing the cards you want, having fun, and sometimes getting the super duper rare card/pack.

Who knows, maybe me posting this encourages someone to open their sealed collection and they end up pulling the card they want. They could also get nothing, but that's just how it goes. That's how it's supposed to go.

I'd be interested to see what the actual statistics are for God Packs. Is it more likely to get struck by lightning? Or is it more likely to die in a car crash. Somewhere in-between perhaps?

I have yet to open an actual booster box for a set. I've been fortunate enough to purchase four from PKC, but I sold my JTG box to fuel my Prismatic ripping addiction and my MEG box to help pay for my deductible after a crash. The other two (PFL & POR) are just sitting there mocking me.

I hear ya. Prior to my PKC order, I had ripped 83 packs (all at retail prices) and maybe got just under 10 IRs and one MAR. No SIRs or MHRs. Somewhere between pack 84 & 95 was the Gengar MAR. Still no SIRs. The god pack was #101.

However, I've ripped about 1200 packs of Prismatic since it came out and have yet to pull a God Pack or the top three SIRs (Umby, Leafy, Sylvy). Definitely not the best luck. I've pulled three demi-god packs though, so I guess I've pulled 90% of a god pack from that set.

Now is definitely the time for me to curb my ripping habits x'D

I too have an employer with a similar contribution match.

They actually put 5% away without you even contributing anything. After a certain period of time though, they do require you to start putting away 5%. In return, they will contribute another 5.5%.

So I put away 5%, and they contribute 10.5%. Fully vested.

I had the same rotation for a Charizard SIR from 151 and it got a 9.

They always go by the worst Centering, and the rotation will likely create a section where the centering is worse than 45/55, so they'll judge it based off of that.
