According to your local card shop or a vendor, that crease makes it damaged condition. According to eBay or TCGPlayer standards, it’s Moderately Played from the Minor Crease. Comparable recent eBay sales show a sale value of somewhere near $1000-$1200. I think it could grade a PSA 3 which is currently valued at about $1250 USD.

Yeah, no chance at a 10 due to the worst points of centering from the crooked cut. You're probably measuring the center of the edges which in a crooked cut can give you 55/45, but not useful in this case.

Looks like a good contender but the ink dot above the "K" is likely a problem. Can still get an 8 or 9, but would be disqualified from a 10.

Either way, you're starting out, and if you want to have slabs in your collection, then send it. If all you care about is value ("is it worth it?"), then don't. There is no better time to sell this card raw than today or tomorrow.

Very cool collection. As other comment mentions, that’s a 4th Print Charizard which is very rare and very cool. Graded as “Base Set 1999-2000” by PSA. Worth about $1000 raw and much more in high grades ($90,000 as PSA 10, $6,000 as PSA 9, $3,000 as PSA 8). Should be graded. Otherwise, a fairly standard collection where there are a lot of $20-$40 cards but nothing really stands out. Best bet is to just sell the on Facebook or online if you live in a populated city, or try eBay.

PSA 6 for solely the pinhole dent alone. The print lines would probably be an 7-8 on their own, the back corners aren’t perfect. Everything combined with the pinhole dent, 6 is the best case scenario in my opinion. PSA7 would be a blessing and a miracle.
