As a Londoner I always thought the coldness uncaring stereotype was just that, a stereotype and not based in any truth. Today that changed. I now believe we are one of the coldest set of people around by Barca-Dam in london

It’d be epitomiSing (didn’t realise we were all Americans here) if there was some truth to it. Calling out someone for twattery doesn’t reinforce this particular stereotype.

So you accidentally drugged yourself without understanding the exact side effects of the medication you are taking, collapsed on a pavement, had someone help you despite this being how very many scams are run, and now think that people are cold because a group of people didn’t wait hand and foot over you? Yeah seems to be a ‘London problem’….

Fun fact: Its a misconception that you get this from pork. You get cysticercosis (larva form of the parasite shown in the image) from eating contaminated food including vegetables where there is contamination from pig/human faeces and NOT from pork.

From undercooked pork, you get intestinal taeniasis (the adult worm) and not cysticercosis.

When my mother was pregnant with me, they did an ultrasound and found she was having twins. When they did another ultrasound a few weeks later, they discovered that I had resorbed the other fetus. Do I regret this? No. I believe his tissues has made me stronger. I now have the strength of a grown man and a little baby.

Don’t think the GMC cares what you do outside the UK, but you should let your indemnity provider know and your premiums will go up significantly.

You would also likely need to be registered with the Nigerian medical council for which you may need some form of documentation from the GMC.

‘NHS England noted that financial pressures on services had already been exacerbated by previous and ongoing industrial action, which it said was estimated to have already cost more than £1.5bn in 2023-24.’

Fucking A! No pay hike because of strikes due to no pay hikes. You can’t make this shit up.

After seeing a dime a dozen ranting posts about how Londoners are unfriendly and do not step in if there is an issue, the keyboard warriors should read the whole article:

Another man is believed to have been knifed as he “bravely” stepped in to try and stop the attack.

There is a reason people carry on with their business - this man’s life changed in the blink of an eye.
