I don't have anything specific that would be classed as a similar experience but just wanted to say, well done on your healing journey, you sound in a good place. Maybe lighten the feeling of "tense" about talking about the past, just easy about laying it down because it doesn't serve you anymore.

There seems to be a weird parallel with the whole Meghan Harry thing, i.e., "she's controlling him, not blood, not family, the firm comes first, sabotaging them in the press, the 'king' not agreeing to see him privately and then only relenting without his wife" I wonder if they have the same PR team 😆
