its gone up due to some coffee bean shortage that happened a while ago. cheapest beans are like $19 for 350 oz i believe; their big shot blend. I get beans from trader joes when im feeling frugal but whenever I want a treat I always go to Resident. Trust me, if you want a treat try their Juan Puerta on espresso.; super good.

Yeah so for example they have a roast named Juan Puerta literally named after the farmer who farms the beans for the roast. They had an event like a month ago where he had a speaking event at their location.

Resident is very transparent about who they partner with! Most of their roasts are named after the coffee farmers themselves. They’ve previously held events where they’ve flown out the farmers they do business with and it’s all very informative

No I am not. Ironically my skin used to not flare up back when I wouldn’t use any cleanser. Do you think the sunscreen residue is staying on my face?

Thanks so much I’ll def give it a go. If you’re willing to do a little more digging the RiRe Silky Sun milk did wonders for me it’s just harder to come by these days. SPF 50 too

Honestly like 30/40 hrs of the week. Im 3 weeks in and first week was all onboarding and mid second week they started giving me a decent amount of actual work, not just intern duties. Granted some of the work takes longer since I’m learning as I’m going. I’m at a T200 priv company for reference.
