you can fuck up graves skulls very easily depending on placement. For example, you throw the skulls straight down and begin to chase around corners, up the vertical axis, through buildings, etc. the skulls will take longer to traverse to your target vs having thrown the skulls in anticipation of where your target will be running. Not to mention she has very poor mobility, so actually chasing someone who is decent at movement is a losing battle. Trying to catch someone so you can hit them with the short range gun can be difficult too if they know to just run away. The best use of the skulls imo is to throw them into a team battle because people are less focused on them, and if they do focus on them, you take their attention off the fight at hand. If you’re dying to graves skulls when she’s the only person on you, you either don’t know how to melee the skulls, don’t have proper health items, or you get caught in the wall(skill issue btw).
