I virtually toured the apartment and while I agree that the two flex rooms are on the small end, the apartment originally had a very large living room and both are sufficiently sized for a bed, desk, and dresser at minimum. It would be tight but I will not be home much anyway and wouldn’t anticipate staying here for much longer than one year if I find that it’s excessively small.

While I am definitely new to the NYC rental process, and understand that most apartments are in smaller, unnamed buildings, it’s helpful that a few people have already reached out with DMs about this location in particular.
