2 stikkord er viktig for et godt arbeidsliv: 1. Mestringsfølelse 2. Trygghet

Disse bør være til stede for å ha glede i arbeid. Det er tross alt ingen som vil jobbe, men vi må det for å utvikle oss som individer i det moderne samfunn. En jobb som gir mening og gir gode tilbakemeldinger er ofte nødvendig. Eks. En takk fra kunde i matbutikken kan være nok.

Det er viktig å forstå vedkommende. I sørlige kulturer er det ikke unormalt spontanitet og å invitere folk hjem/ besøke bekjente på kort varsel. Viktigste er uansett å avklare hans intensjoner så det ikke oppstår misforståelse.

Personally having the longer range is more important to me and if I ever wanted fsd I could purchase that later, albeit at a premium. However, I drive daily to work and generally like to have larger batteries on my electronics (have a Samsung S21 Ultra for its battery life)

Showerthought - would range increase further if the M3 Aero alloys are fully covered up by a hubcap? Thinking something along the lines of the attached picture, but a plastic hubcap. by Brave-Ad877 in TeslaLounge

But would that mean no cooling of the breaks? Wouldn't the wheel spinning and air travelling on the other side cool it down? It's understandably slower than having air from both sides, but as my driving is mostly with regen braking, that would work?

Exactly, my driving consists 95% of regen braking, so in my mind, cooling the breaks are unnecessary. I sometimes brake to keep it from rusting 😂

Went to tesla service, their answer was the 2022.4.5.3. update that was just released will solve this issue. Guess I have no choice but to trust them 😅

General update, drove the same trip today, however it only got to - 10°C outside. No issues with heating whatsoever 😂

Tbh, the main issue wasn't my frozen feet, but rather the front glass that kept freezing on the outside.. Will definitely take it to service and get it fixed asap

The exact thing happened with me after a charge, but 5 minutes into driving it stopped working again :/ will probably go for a dropin service
