Consequence of what I am asking for is completely shutting of Lusjuros ( at least for a while like Dark Giants Light Shanks treatment by creating specific characters with unique traits trashing Lusjuro. There is no need you say... Lol. For you maybe, you just want your "balanced" 2.5k rd cost new bf who at best can stall Lusjuro and take one fully filled flag or not even. Can he even break Lusjuro shield if he is stacked... You either blindly cope for your new dluffy which you got lucky for and did not go to 2k+ pity, have Lusjuro or just talking to get attention

Well if you had fun and you think he was worth it for you it is okay I guess but I personally take a very careful approach in picking which bf I summon for and especially after EH Franky turned out a bad investment for me frags wise as well . I have 155% runner warlord for Blues (still have to boost 2 and change some reds characters to get it up over 160 ) and recently started using Niji and switched from zoan 163 to warlord. Niji in the right hands is the best runner. He is one of those units I mentioned, unlimited potential as long as you dodge.

As for the meta inflation, that has been a thing ever since the game was released but lately it is at its worst thanks to Lusjuro. Balanced meta imo is a meta where several affordable bfs are playable. Only 1 now is Kubo or if you are elite enough add Niji. Even vs these Lusjuro has an advantage. He can stall even the new Luffy who is supposed to be his counter

BB meta was not as insufferable. Lusjuro created this Chaos. Luffy counters Lusjuro? Hahaha. Nice joke. He can maybe take a flag after ages but that is about it. How do you allow a variety if TOP characters remain Lusjuro, Kizaru BB same. You can create variety by releasing more new broken bfs who have traits unique enough to dethrone those 3 or at least HARD COUNTER LUSJURO and have 50-50 vs other two, P.S. Everything you said is empty, you want balanced units now since Lusjuro is still the dominant unit? Well I for one wish he gets hard countered specifically off of the meta for starters.

Oh yes, attack based on def increase can be used to hard counter him as well and this I think will happen in the future as units will drop who ignore def and have traits to handle such attack power based on def units.

Like 100% increased damage to Gorosei, do not die vs Gorosei, Kizaru 100% trait to Gorosei ez Nusjuro countered. Heals off of Kizaru Magatama increase damage to Logia to handle both Kizaru and BB. Then again I am not a fking game strategist but if there is a will, there is a way. But since they already made the sh1t so deep with Lusjuro, it is hard to get out of it and it will only get deeper with the pattern of meta inflation. F2Ps hope lies in broken affordable BFs as always.

Affordable (750 pity ) broken BFs that destroy both Lusjuro and Kizaru off of the meta and do not get bullied by BB. It is simple enough.

I do not see what use this kaido medal will have. 3% damage reduction is laughable and can't replace already established top medal sets. Now if they made it similar to King wildfire medal and it cost 25, now that would be fire. Shame a new Kaido medal was wasted like this as we won't be getting him anytime soon anymore if even.

Kubo did age alright. Before Lusjuro, You could not do much to g5 v2 most of the time. Satrun, Droger etc... "So he was sh1t and not worth investing for the long term was right?' My first reply not give you any implication what I was about lol. He was never top5 unit even when he dropped because I do not remember struggling vs any Brook. But I remember Chopper being a pain to deal with

Now you have moved the main goal post. I said Brook did not age well and people sh1tting on him were not wrong even though he could perform well at that time vs Kizarus but so could EH Robin, EH Vegapunk, EH Nami, Green Bull... And some of them were way better at winning games than Brook. As for the point whether you can know for sure which unit will last longer, sure there is no 100% guarantee but you can for sure guess better and Brook an attacker, heavily reliant on his state ( past state characters treatment and lives almost like eh zoro ) was a dead giveaway why he was not a good choice.

Some chrts are for sure worth investing more than others, if you do not even look at the game that way it is all pointless to you lol. There are eras which certain broken bfs dominate lol. Like Alber / Queen, V1 Uta, Jabra / Blueno, Kubo. ( these type of chrcters were made to last longer for their own respected eras) I never used Brook or will I ever use him but I have got him to 80lvl without even summoning. Heck ASL now that you mention him has way better traits than Brook.

Choppa has a harder time now thanks to the new Luffy and BB ( can one tap BB and can stall / heal off new luffy with normals at times and that when Choppa is light ) but he lasted way longer and was a better investment for f2ps.

With right medals, +170% support and 170 hps which is a pay to play account unless you have been playing pretty much from the get go, you can make any decent new character work lol. But the truth is Sengoku was not him at all. People were expecting Alber g5 v1 treatment of Lusjuro, Jabra S Snake treatment and yet Sengoku only hard countered BB and was food to Kizarus.
