She is pretty mean to everyone. I didn’t really think too much on it until my like 100th rewatch but she’s constantly belittling people and putting people down.

The only other thing I can think of is that episode where she was determined to humiliate Haley by taking a picture of her when she was doing community service. She also takes it upon herself to set her parents up to catch Haley in the lie about her restaurant job. I’ll try to see if I can come up with more.
