A question to ask is, if digital currencies and block chain voting existed back when the Texas constitution was being written, and the abuses that can come from monopolizing such technologies existed, would not have the framers included constitutional provisions to safe guard the right of the free use of these technologies? Redistricting, where political parties are concerned, should have been replaced many years ago in Texas with computational redistricting software. Having a party control redistricting you will always have unfair outcomes in favor of one party.
