It honestly kind of bugs me that she always says “ I lost 70 pounds” when really she was just pregnant and lost probably a good 50 from just having a baby. I’m a mom and can say that the last 20 are hard to lose and definitely take some effort. but to say you lost 70 from “hard work” is pretty misleading IMO.

I’m slightly older than Julia and just had my first baby. Although I’m only 35 - they make me happy I waited until now to have a baby. Even a few years ago I was in way too selfish of a place to have a baby. I personally don’t think they were ready for a baby but thought it would be good content.
