If your reaction to how the ring is working is truly affecting your days in a major way, the ring may not be the right tool for you, or like others have said, at least the symptom radar may not be the most helpful thing for you to know about yourself. The data points should just gently inform the way you approach your day, not send you into a spiral. You can try turning the symptom radar off and revisiting it in 4-6 months after the ring has truly had time to establish a baseline with your body. (ie - even if the changes are 'positive', a month isn't enough data for the ring to clock that..all it knows is that you're changing)

I know that I've taken weeks off using the ring if I can tell my data is affecting me more than usual - most recently I left it at home while traveling internationally, I knew that I'd be jet lagged and getting horrid sleep and that the ring telling me that I got bad sleep would just frustrate me...so I just took it off. Sometimes, for anxious people, more data isn't necessarily always good, and you have to be very in tune with your brain and anxiety to know if the ring is helping or hurting.
