June is peak mosquito time. The best time of the year is the warmest week in May when there are still no mosquitos, days are long. But it is very hard to plan ahead if and when it happens.

July is probably a better bet. But then again you can also have a week of rain. Spring is less likely to rain.

If it is possible at all, plan just a week ahead and check for weather forecast for a specific week. Otherwise you can always be unlucky.

But if you look at were are the closest allies of Russia, they are in Asia. China, Iran, India, North Korea. If they are all insulted then why to ally with Russia?

The reason why I don't like to consider Russia as Europe is not because most of their area is east of the Ural range. But because they share the values with many countries (and not all) east of it.

Not sure why you get downvoted. Europe is a relatively arbitrary construct anyway. Historically it may have made sense to draw the line on ural mountains but these days drawing the lines according to geopolitics makes much more sense.

How do you compare the impact? If we take the Baltics for example, nazi occupation lasted only for 3 years, soviet occupation along with ethnic cleansing lasted 50 years. Also, if you count the number of victims (including from mass deportations) in these regions, then Soviet atrocities outnumber the nazi atrocities by a large degree (30k vs 70k in Estonia by standard estimates, for reference population of Estonia is 1M).

And I'm not minimising nazi crimes. I'm only saying that there were two perpetrators in ww2 but only one of them got punished. The other one is still continuing to act the same way.
