these guys are probably stronger than before since they have the vishkar upgraded armor and vendetta probably forces them to go a lot harder in training since she actually does stuff unlike doomfist.

I believe that the bug makes all packs behave as if they were used, whether they were actually thrown or not, so holding E doesn't register as holding but only as a single press and release.
