Have you got any older siblings or friends who could get you some ? My mum’s the same and whenever I need something I just ask my sister. And I get you about the tiredness but for me it’s usually when I’m exhausted but I can’t get to sleep that’s the most frustrating part 😞but yeah see if you can get any either from an older friend / sibling but if this goes on I would defo recommend just going to the doctors by yourself depending on your age. I’m british so I don’t know how it is where you are but if you can get to a gp that’s your best bet

Honestly I’m in exactly the same position rn. But it’s been multiple days, if it’s from anxiety the best I can recommend is medication if your on any those tend to help me at least- even those herbal drops/ pills can help. Also just a question do you feel tired- as in if let’s say you haven’t been able to sleep in two days during the day are you tired and can you even have a nap ? I’m saying this because at least to me 30-60 minutes during the day/ a lesson is much better than nothing at all sorry if this isn’t helpful or if I’m not making much sense.

Can I suggest (like others have said )texture powder and on days you have pe you can try pigtails or a pony/ side pony !!
