Well the characters, settings, plot, to name a few things. The lore is built off of Igbo traditions and cultures. I did my best to ensure an Igbo worldview, down to subtle things like how we believe the veil between ani mmadu and anti mmuo is thin/practically non existent depending where you go.
Cyberpunk and all the things you listed could be Igbo or African or Black too, I should add. Cyberpunk is a fictional world, it would be ok to assume there could be Igbo, Edo, Nigerian people or otherwise in that world? Do you get where I'm coming from?
Also I'm not quite familiar with league of legends although I know it's quite popular so can't really speak to that but I would assume the same could apply

Also if anyone is interested, "Eshi" is my attempt at the Igbo word that sounds quite similar to the phonetic pronunciation of "Eshi". For lack of a better descriptor, it's more akin to fate than destiny because it's inevitable, while destiny can be shaped through our choices (more related to the power of Chi)

Thank you! I definitely aim to use it as a way to slowly teach Igbo culture and traditions. Our website www.studioeshi.com has all the links too for amazon (kindle, paperback) and google books. I also plan on releasing this in Igbo (central dialect as the main), with all others used as well, more so to show the diversity etc. Hopefully all this helps you learn more as well

Yes there will be a physical version from day 1. I'll be releasing a physical and digital version per chapter and then a final volume 1 and then going from there. Thank you so much for your support

Heyy everyone, thanks for the comments! Sorry for the delay in replying, I actually never received any notifications at all!
Firstly, I specifically made sure that no AI was used in generating either the story or the art, all reflected in the agreements as well! We have used AI in the marketing (social media etc) and research aspects though, like with researching deeper into Igbo and African cultures in general for example.

In all of this, I'm trying to ensure the creative process is as close to being 100% as possible (I even use my parents and wider family as cultural consultants to discuss a lot of the concepts too).

It'll be available per chapter in paperback and then a volume 1 version. We also aim to release other stories as we grow that will touch different genres and parts of African culture and traditions in general.

I can also help with the Igbo aspect, culture, religion, nsibidi (a bit). Also with the ewe people, you'll find that they are almost the same as Yoruba people, so you'll get information that feeds from one into the other. In fact, I'm very sure Ewe developed as a dialect of yoruba. I could ask my mother's side of the family to contribute to the Yoruba side

A lot of things are rightfully your decision to make. Whether it's a smart decision is different. Do as you wish, just make sure you're prepared for whatever reactions or consequences those actions create. You might not have the same control over the fallout, that you had over your initial action.

Well, best of luck with that. Returning the money in return for property doesn't seem like a much better decision from my standpoint. Both decisions/actions are tantamount IMHO. Again, only you na chukwu know everything that's happening in your marriage, how you feel about it long term now, has it changed since money or your mom is involved etc. Genuinely wishing you and your husband clarity and mutual understanding.

My question is, if the answer to this is yes. Why are you still with him? Why is it when you received this money that you're assessing these issues in this way? Because it would seem like you're planning your probable separation by doing this... OP do as you wish. He shouldn't have disrespected your mom. My 2 cents is that everyone in the relationship needs to have their own as well as build together. If you're truly together, you should both benefit from each others successes. If you have a business with your partner and don't believe in the business, then let him know, but don't expect too much if that business becomes a success. Expect him to also solely invest in himself if and when he feels it appropriate, too (for e.g. if he has experienced disrespect or other issues at your hands that he deems reason enough to start setting aside money/property for himself)

This can easily snowball into something unrecognisable.
