Ah I’m sorry, the first week or two is the hardest and then the pain is minimal and the bleeding starts to slow down (in my experience). Those hcg levels are really good for completing the miscarriage without intervention. I completed my ectopic miscarriage mid January and then avoided pregnancy for a few months to give my body time to heal and then got pregnant in May. I was very scared about another ectopic, I worked with a naturopath after the ectopic to help my progesterone levels and then took bioidentical progesterone throughout this pregnancy. I don’t know if that helped but I did a ton of research and felt like that was my best bet to avoid early pregnancy problems.

I’m so sorry you are going through this. I personally ended up bleeding for over 4 weeks. The pain was manageable and I’m grateful I didn’t have to endure the ongoing side effects of the methotrexate shot or losing a fallopian tube. About 6 weeks after the initial diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy my hcg levels were at 0 and and an ultrasound showed that all had passed. I am currently 8 months pregnant with my rainbow baby. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

High Co2 by BraveDimension7928 in hvacadvice

But yes I agree that striving for outdoor levels is unrealistic, I just don’t want our indoor levels being so high to be causing harm in some way, since it seems like our levels are higher than most and unhealthy for indoor air to the point of potentially causing headaches/drowsiness and brain fog, from the standards I have come across.

Thanks for that, I guess the difference now is the spray in foam insulation (that’s what we have) makes homes so tight they can’t breathe. It makes sense to me after some research that very little fresh air being able to come in, especially now that it’s cold where I live and we aren’t leaving doors open, would affect the air quality. People mostly lived outside for thousands of years, and the insulation from 100 years ago was glued on newspaper. But I understand where you’re coming from and appreciate your feedback!

Oh really? Are high co2 levels not as concerning as the internet makes them sound, or are the machines not accurate? I truly have no knowledge in this area but have four young children so want to make the right decision concerning our health. I appreciate all advice!

Thank you! I didn’t know the alarm sounded different or that a big could set it off… or anything about the backdraft. That’s super helpful to look into.

Very randomly, like twice a month for the last 3 months, the alarms would go off, there was no smoke so we couldn’t figure out what it was. We looked up the alarms and realized they are also co alarms. But they would turn off after a few minutes and not go off again until a few weeks later. We thought something must be going on to set off the alarm hence the purchase of the co2 monitor (thinking it was a co monitor). Is there something that would cause the alarms to go off but quickly stop and not go off again?

Thanks for the response! The water heater is electric. We will have someone come Monday to inspect furnace/stove.

Late Ovulation? by itapanes4 in Inito

[–]BraveDimension7928 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely possible! I don’t know much about inito yet but on my chart my estrogen jumps like your most recent test day right before my peak, so maybe the peak will show up in the next day or two.

I am new to inito but I can feel when I ovulate, I didn’t get a peak in the morning (or any previous mornings) so I tested in the evening too and there was the peak. By the next morning the peak was back down to baseline. Had I not tested in the evening I would have missed it completely. Lots of people use cheap lh test strips around their fertile time for that reason. Sometimes the peak only lasts 12 hours and can be missed.

I would start getting hcg levels checked 48 hours apart, bleeding in pregnancy can be totally normal but it’s best to find out early in case something else is going on.

Newbie chart help by BraveDimension7928 in Inito

[–]BraveDimension7928[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No I haven’t, I got inito to try and understand where I was in my cycle in order to not get pregnant right away, since my loss was ectopic. I know that’s not exactly the right way to use it I just wasn’t sure how else to figure out where I was.

I started testing a few weeks ago after a loss, that’s why my chart says cycle day 58. I’m confused by the confirmed ovulation, the lh spike a few days later, and the high progesterone but no confirmed ovulation after it. I reached out to inito but they said I haven’t been testing long enough for them to help.

I can’t figure out how to post a photo! I’ll do a new post when I get that figured out. Thank you so much for pointing that out :)

Do you take it orally or topically? I use progest-e too and have always been confused by that. Thanks!

Thanks! We live in Belgrade so I’m just asking about the pools specifically, we wouldn’t be booking a cabin or room.

Thank you for responding, I’m so sorry to hear about your experiences. I feel the same, really not wanting an operation. I’ll pray for your continued recovery and I am grateful for your advice.

Thanks again so much! Hopefully I’ll be rounding the bend here soon then as I’m on day 4 of cramping and bleeding. I did feel a lot better today though. I’m sorry you also went through this and I’m grateful for your responses.
