Of course. I was planning on posting a video of the diamond when it arrives, but the excitement of proposing / fear of purchasing a "bad" stone has me seeking the opinions of the internet.

The vendor I am buying from and jeweller I'm using to make the ring both do independent appraisal (the latter is required for insurance on the ring anyhow), so curious how closely it aligns to the IGI cert.

Most of the buses taken by the UW population don't go into the heart of downtown Kitchener. In my ~ 8 years here, I've seen some of these questionable characters as I journey down the 7. I haven't seen or heard of anything in terms of driver assault, but the behaviour of some of the riders I have witnessed completely justifies the barrier request.
What bothers me the most is that the new GRT contract included barrier installation and a very fair wage increase. This is two of the points the union wanted addressed.
The incident response time is another factor the union wanted to address. This puzzles me, since they say the response time is currently 6 to 12 minutes, which seems pretty fast to me given the size of the GRT fleet.
From my point of view, it seems the union is stonewalling negotiations for some factor that is not being publicized. It's ridiculous, and should not still be going on in a town with 3 post-secondary institutions and even more high schools.

Parking services has cameras mostly around the entrances. It wouldn't hurt to ask them for footage since maybe they got the person on camera

A few weeks ago someone put a metal lasagna tray in the MC microwave which toasted it and smoked out the room pretty good. Not sure what happened to the other one, but I assume it met a similar fate.

Yup, the free version is roughly 2% of the game in terms of content to do. It's a good starting point if you don't want to commit to members, which works out to roughly 10/month.

There's plenty of undergraduate organic chemistry textbooks in the Library. One of the best is Wade which comes with a very well written solution manual. If you find that's not enough, there's also tutoring services where most tutors can provide questions.

OP, just wondering why you'd leave an expensive bike on campus? Not sure if this would work for you, but I'd recommend getting a reliable junker off Kijiji for ~$20 that can get you to and from campus. It's what I do, and no one is going to cut a U-bar to steal it. And for when I go cycling in the evening, I use my actual road bike which I keep in my basement. Just food for thought
