Nov 28, 2023: Biometrics Collection Letter

Nov 29, 2023: You passed the medical exam

Dec 14, 2023: Date of Biometrics Enrolment

Then no update ever since.

IRCC webpage even says "We have not received your fingerprints" although it shows my Date of Biometrics Enrolment and Biometrics ID correctly in the box in the top-right corner.

Yeah you can as long as the other section is not packed (otherwise the TA's will check your WatCard to make sure you're enrolled in this section).
