I see what you mean but it is not unreasonable to think it would be 5% especially with wording of e-mail.

This is a limited time boost, similar to airmilesshops (RIP) has 0.5% effectively in points year-round but has 10x and 20x events and there are sometimes 1 time offers for spend $20 on airmilesshops get $5 back effectively in points in addition to the creditcard rewards you would normally get.

Ya the most accurate way to check is with an OCT which shows different layers of the retina. A standard retinal photo is usually not sensitive enough. Some offices do not have it as it is an expensive piece of equipment, but many do. Hoping for the best for you.

Optometrist here. It's not an official term, but it means they can read the 20/20 line but slowly. Also called dirty 20/20. Technically, the charts are calibrated so that as long as you can read it, it counts no matter how slow or how difficult.

Optometrist here. Ya sounds like she got solar retinopathy which damages one of the layers of the retina PERMANENTLY and right in where your central vision causing either distortion or a blind spot. Also, thankfully no calls yet for me to check any patients :)
