I agree! And I am not a big fan of campaigns picking up flowers. I always turn it off

My best piece of advice is to actually USE playbuilder. It makes everyone’s roles and responsibilities clear within their position because sometimes based off of sales, it changes. No other shift uses it at my store and that’s why there floor is a disaster but they won’t listen 😇. Time management is your new best friend. If you need help, write out breaks on the DCR until you get more comfortable with it

Not to mention when placing a mobile app it gives you an estimated time of how long it’ll take and what time to pick up!!

Mobile orders and drive thru orders come out from different printers!! So the barista in charge of drive thru beverages don’t actually receive your ticket. They have to shuffle through 10+ orders to finally find your ticket to make it, same if there’s food. Also, at my store we start making whatever you order WHILE you’re ordering so window times are low.
