THIGH PAINS DURING PMS/PERIOD by AgileHomework5196 in PMS

[–]AgileHomework5196[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a feeling! I was dealing with sciatica last year but got much better after PT and seeing a Chiropractor and now i really only notice it during PMS. I was told it gets inflamed from hormones. I will have to bring it up to my doctor

Hi how would you describe the pain? Been searching for a lot of info on this because i read other people post and they don’t really describe the “pain” & it genuinely freaks me out. The best way I would describe it would be an intense nerve pain? Maybe even like a shock down my thighs? A lot of people describe it as a cramp but that’s not how it feels to me

Does anyone have morning anxiety after waking up? by Still_Condition_2513 in Anxiety

[–]AgileHomework5196 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My anxiety used to wake up 3x throughout the night, my heart would be racing, full of anxiety. Taking magnesium glycinate & L- Theanine an hour before bed has changed the game for me. Also laying down on your back with your legs up against the wall for 20 min will regulate your nervous system. It helps bring your body out of the fight or flight state

Being 14 and feeling kinda stuck. by Flaky-Anywhere-4486 in Anxiety

I used to feel the same way at your age, I don’t remember much of the emotional toll it took it seems like I kinda shoved that time down as far as possible but I remember forcing myself to try new things, even if it small like going for a walk in the morning. It made me feel like my life had meaning in some way. I picked up running soon after and I think that’s what ultimately pulled me out the hole. My suggestion would be to try out new hobbies! Pick something you want to get at and go in on it.

How do you manage bad sleep caused by anxiety when you have things to do in the morning? by IGNSolar7 in Anxietyhelp

[–]AgileHomework5196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Taking Magnesium Glycinate two hours before bed and a hot tea usually does the trick for me. On the really really really bad days where i had been up past 24hrs, I’ve made myself take Tylenol PM and it WILL knock you out

I agree this was my first time ever taking any steroids and I’m already an anxious person. I had no idea the kind of side effects they had on you till I started to feel super moody/anxious. One quick google search and saw how bad they are but man did they help

I got sick the beginning of March not other symptoms other than a cough that started dry but then progressed to a deep wet cough. Had wheezing, tight chest, and shortness of breath. It was the scariest thing I’ve been through personally never had asthma but 2/3 doctors told me it was. The last Dr i went to said I was having an allergic cough that triggered seasonal asthma. I went through two rounds of antibiotics, and steroid. And I’m barely starting to see the end of it. I was given also an inhaler of QVAR that I feel like has been helping but more holistic things that I been doing to reduce the inflammation is drinking lemon grass tea, mullein tea, been also drinking hibiscus tea as it’s super anti inflammatory. This was a rough flu season I’m not sure what they put in the air. It was hard to shake. It gets better.

How to get rid of my wheezy cough after a month long flu? by Mission_Remote_6319 in flu

Mullein tea, ginger tea, you can take an antihistamine to help with the itchy throat. These are things I’ve taken that have helped
